Morning Sickness: A Plea for Help!

All right, folks, I'm getting a little desperate here. My wife has morning sickness almost constantly right now. I consider any pregnant woman who is only nauseous in the morning to be pretty lucky...my wife is constantly on the verge of throwing up! It's making life pretty rough for us right now because she hates being sick all the time and I'm getting tired of having to do everything (before you get mad about that statement, read this post). I do feel bad about resenting having to do everything, but it's getting a little old.
So what have you found that works? We've tried a lot of stuff-she's currently taking Zyrtec, which her doctor assured her would clear things up but which only seems to make her even more tired than she was before without taking care of the nausea. We tried Sea Bands when she was pregnant with our son, and they didn't do anything either. We've tried Sprite, saltines, lots of different types of food that she thinks will help but doesn't. Nothing has even made a dent. I know we can probably ride it out, but I'd rather she felt better sooner. Does anyone have any advice? I know that every woman is different and what works for one may not work for another, but we're willing to try almost anything at this point. Thanks in advance for any help, I'll let you know what works!
